Update, 2/6/2018: Phase one of the MEnorca project is under construction.

This historic property is located on Menorca, Spain's easternmost island. It presents an opportunity to build a small, boutique hotel in the town of Fornells that demonstrates the range of Vista Design/Build's expertise in hospitality. Guests of this hotel would be treated to an intimate, 20-room experience. The planned design would integrate the property's existing historical mill and ocean views. To help guests navigate the sloped island terrain, the hotel landscaping would be defined by patios, gardens, and outdoor pathways. This simplifies the journey between rooms and suites and other hotel buildings.
